About Gull's Rest
Gull's Rest is the kind of cottage you'll find yourself missing before you've even left. Built for a fisherman's family in the 1800s, it sits a few steps above the harbour, with thick stone walls, low beams and deep windows that frame the boats bobbing below.
Mornings start with the sound of gulls and the clink of rigging. Days are for the coast path, which runs past the end of the lane, and for long lunches in the sun. Evenings belong to the wood burner, a bottle of something local and the dog snoring on the rug.
It's perfect for couples, small families and anyone travelling with four-legged friends.
